Returns within 14 days
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. A look is returned complete, with all its pieces.
How to return

- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their tags attached, and in their original condition.
Cost of return
The cost of sending items back is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered; in that case we pay.
Refund
We refund the price paid within 14 days of receiving the items back, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
If items come back worn, washed or damaged, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund by the loss in value.
Faulty or wrong item
If your look arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, write to with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and we pay the return shipping.

To change a size, return the look and place a new order.
