1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on this website by consumers in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Products
Each product is a complete look sold as one set. The pieces included are listed on each product page.
Product photos show the look as styled. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Some images may be generated with artificial intelligence for illustration purposes.
4. Prices
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong; you are then refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is made online when you order, by card through our payment provider. Card payments are processed securely by the payment provider; we never see your full card details.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, free of charge. Orders ship from our warehouse in the UAE: delivery takes 1–3 working days in the UAE and 2–5 working days in the other GCC countries. Details are on the Shipping page. You become responsible for the goods when they are delivered to you.
8. Returns and refunds
You may return a complete look within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with its tags. We refund the price paid to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items. The cost of return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. The full procedure is on the Returns & Refunds page.
9. Faulty or non-conforming products
If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact us at . We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, in line with the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
10. Personal data
We process your data only to handle your orders, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of the emirate in which the seller is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
